Our smooth, swift process begins the minute a Prime Products team member receives a Chaplain-approved order from either an inmate, or a payment from a family member. Accepted payment forms include: prison checks, personal checks, credit cards, money orders.
After receipt, the approved order will be entered, pulled, packaged and shipped (via USPS, UPS or FED EX) once a week.
Working together for many years, our skilled team members include data-entry and shipping personnel.
Another highly trained team includes specialists charged with the critical processes of manufacturing, filling, and shipping orders.
